⭐☆☆☆☆ Raceway Car Wash recently took over Clean Getaway, and unfortunately the quality has been steadily declining ever since. For context, I owned a car wash for six years, so I understand how these operations work and what customers should reasonably expect. Since the acquisition, they’ve started removing services from the basic wash package that were previously included. First, the roof sprayer was disabled. Now they’ve also turned off the wheel brushes and wheel sprayers on the basic package, even though those used to be included as well. Customers are paying more while getting less. Another issue is the wraparound machine. It clearly needs to be calibrated. I wash my vehicle here about once a week, and more often than not it misses the back of my vehicle, especially on the driver’s side. This has been a recurring problem, not a one-time occurrence. To me, this feels like corporate greed taking over. Reduce the level of service, increase membership prices, and provide little to no customer service. It’s disappointing because Clean Getaway used to be a much better operation. I’ve canceled my membership and will be taking my business elsewhere.

THIS PLACE EMPLOYS THIEVES! I went here about a year ago and the lady working here was extremely persistent that I sign up for the membership. I told her no twice because I was just passing by and I will likely not be back. She secretly signed me up for it anyways. I used a card that I almost never use. (For emergencies only, therefore I did not notice the charges) I only used it that day bc I forgot my regular wallet. I’ve been paying $45 every month since then. I will be alerting my bank and report these charges as a fraud. I bet all this management will say is that I should’ve checked my card. Well management, why should I as a one time customer be responsible to make sure your employees aren’t stealing from me. Because yes, signing me up for a subscription when I clearly said no and taking my money every month is THEFT!!!

Our car came off the track while going through the carwash. My wife was stuck inside as the carwash continued to operate and she was hit by the car behind her causing damage to our vehicle. Store manager handled it but no one from corporate or the owner of this operation has communicated to us or our insurance company. I had to personally drive back to the location to get answers. Saw the video of my wife's car going through and the last camera that would show what happened was magically broke. I could see the card behind my wife being stopped as they hit our car that came off of the track. Don't know why our car came off the track but the carwash is going with none of the other cars came off the track and it is working. I am now stuck with a $500 deductible to get our car repaired. Just know what kind of business you are dealing with.

Liked this car wash - have courteous staff and detailing station. The car gets washed properly with having reasonable pricing. The vacuum station is located near after car washing and offer variety of self service drying station. The suction power of the vacuum is not that powerful. Overall clean and reliable cat wash.

A year ago I would have given this place 5 stars, but it drops down to 3 stars because of changes they made. Before if you got a car wash you could a second one free within a certain time frame, but they got rid of that, plus, they increased the prices. Even though they increased the prices and got rid of the free second car wash, the quality of the service and car wash has not improved. Also, I paid for the best car wash and I still had a lot of bug guts on the front of my car. I did my best to get them off, but it should have come off when going through the car wash, especially, if I paid for the best wash service.
